FAIRHOPE, AL Carolyn Ann Bridges, age 71, born May 5, 1939, a native and former resident of Chicago, IL, and a current resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ed Bridges of Fairhope, AL, their children, Tim Bridges and his wife Michelle of Santa Clarita, CA, Tammy Johnson (Bridges) and her husband Gregg of Barrington, IL, John Bridges and his wife Susan of Newtown, CT, Stephen Bridges of Atlanta, GA, Grandchildren, Tim, Tyler, Lindsey, MaKenzie, Madison, Meredith, Meghan, Madeline, Lauryn, Reagan, Anna, Ellie, brother Fredrick Pethes of San Diego, CA, many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, AL, Monday, May 9, 2011, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Fairhope, AL, Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at 2:00pm. A service will be at the Chapel of St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL, Friday, May 13, 2011, at 2:00pm.
