 WEISS Stanley Peyton Weiss, age 61, born in Mobile and a resident of Daphne, passed away peacefully at home from complications of Huntington’s Chorea on May 10, 2011. Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman C. Weiss, Jr. and three beloved pets, Armani, Daphne Blue and Ace. He is survived by a loving and devoted wife Meriam; one sister, Susan Hall Weiss, MD of Mobile;  two sisters-in-law,Melinda Early and Mary Jo (Larry) Conley of  Lillian;  brother-in-law Billy Wayne Early of Robertsdale; two aunts, Kay Weiss of Mobile, and Voncille Musgrave of New Orleans, LA;  along with numerous nieces and nephews. Stanley graduated from McGill-Toolen High School and earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama.  He retired from McKinney Petroleum Equipment, Inc. in Mobile. He was a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Robertsdale and was active in the church leadership until his health failed. He loved to fly and earned his pilot’s license while in college. He enjoyed all types of water sports and was known to his family and friends as the No. 1 Auburn fan. But more importantly, he was a Christian who loved the Lord.  He has fought the good fight and has finished his course. Pall Bearers will be Larry Conley, Billy Wayne Early, Scott Early, Marcus Early, Kerry Stone, Richard Stone, and Clay Bedford. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends, at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.  Interment will be follow in Baldwin Memorial Cemetery, Robertsdale. A special thanks to Odyssey Health Care for assisting with his care for the past several years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hillcrest Church of Christ, P. O.
