She was a member of Fairhope Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. She is survived by her son, Scott (Janice) Tinch of Middletown, OH, 3 brothers, Ken Shibley of Washington Court House, OH, Tom Welch of Middletown, OH, Darrell (Jeri) Shibley of Washington Court House, OH, 3 grandsons, Jason, Daniel, Lucas, Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
