Michael David Mathis

MATHIS FOLEY , AL   Michael David Mathis, age 41, passed away Friday, June 24, 2011 in Bay Minette.  He was a native of Texas and a resident of Foley.   Michael is survived by his father, Louis (Teresa) Mathis of Tyler, TX;  mother, Jeanne Harper of Atlanta, GA; three children, Jacob, Hannah and Gracie;  two brothers, Jack Mathis of Los Angeles, CA,  Tony Harper of Atlanta, GA;  a sister, Lana Mathis of Chicago, IL;  grandfather, Bill Green of Camino, CA;  grandmother, Dorothy Weehunt and other family members and friends.   A private memorial service was held at Faith Tabernacle Church.   ARRANGEMENTS BY WOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY, INC. 19698 GREENO ROAD FAIRHOPE, AL  36532
