HOLLINGSWORTH ELBERTA, AL Ruth Alt Hollingsworth, age 66, native of Cleveland, OH and resident of Elberta passed away Friday, January 20, 2012. Ruth was a past President of Elberta Volunteer Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and one of the founders of the Elberta German Sausage Festival. She is survived by her husband, Albert Hollingsworth of Elberta; a son, Richard (Lisa) Hollingsworth of Peachtree City, GA; a sister, Sarah Ard of Foley; three grandchildren, Jordan, Emma and Allie Hollingsworth, all of Peachtree City, GA. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Foley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
