Ethel Lynn Rowan Selman

DAPHNE Ethel Lynn Rowan Selman, age 80, a native of Collinsville, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL. passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2012. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Fairhope. Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Frank Leonard Selman; daughter-in-law, Sherry Camden Selman and  her parents John Thomas and Sarronah Elizabeth Rowan. She is survived by her sons, Frank Bingham “Bing” Selman of Indianapolis, IN.; Robert “Bob” (Sherry) Selman of Daphne; Roger Lynn Selman of Newport, NC; Philip Lowe (Glenda) Selman of Gadsden, AL; Samuel Keith (Monica) Selman Of Laredo,, TX; Daughters: Spring Ander (Gordon) Lindell of Daphne;  Sarrona Bell (Brian) Wilson of Spanish Fort;  sisters, Jean West of Birmingham, AL; Shirley Brown of New Broughton, AL;  brothers: Charlie L. Rowan of Collinsville, Thomas E. Rowan of Morrow, GA; thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 pm at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Home in Fairhope. Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens, Daphne, AL.
