William Chester Winkle

FOLEY, ALWilliam Chester Winkle, age 84, native of Cincinnati, OH, former resident of Bessemer and resident of Foley, AL passed away Monday, August 13, 2012.Mr. Winkle was a member of Miflin Baptist Church.  He was a former choir director of Shelby Shores Community Church and former member and choir director of Bethlehem Baptist Church.  He was an avid fisherman.He is survived by his wife, Anne E. Winkle of Foley;  a daughter, Terri W. Hogan of Columbus, MS;  a sister, Vivian Gill of Cincinnati, OH; two grandchildren, Josh (Hope) Hogan of Columbus, MS,  Matt Hogan of Cary, NC;  and two great grandchildren, Anna and Brady Hogan.A private service will be held at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.ARRANGEMENTS BYWOLFE-BAYVIEW FUNERAL HOMES& CREMATORY, INC2551 S.
