THEODORE Nancy Highsmith Preston, age 70, a native of Mobile and a resident of Theodore passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Carl of Theodore; three daughters, Rhonda Strops, Robin Riggleman and Romona Mokbel; six grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
