William M. Hankins

DAPHNE William M. Hankins, Age 87, a native of Atchison County, MO and a resident of Daphne, AL passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at a local health care facility. He was a WW II Navy Veteran and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Fairhope. Mr. Hankins is survived by his wife of sixty-nine years, Glenna Hankins of Daphne, AL; one daughter, Marilyn DeBlase of Mobile, AL; three sons, William Kenneth (Beverly) Hankins of St. Louis, MO, Thomas Eugene (Susan) Hankins of Satsuma, AL and Stephen Patrick Hankins of Daphne, AL; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time.
