Nella Dean Small

FAIRHOPE , AL   Nella Dean Small, age 76, native of   Nauvoo , AL and resident of Fairhope passed away Friday, October 5, 2012. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Fairhope.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Small was preceded in death by her husband, William E. “Bill” Small; granddaughter, Rachel E. Hall and five siblings. She is survived by two daughters, Sarah Small (Alan) Lowman of Huntsville, Susan (Maynard) Hall of Fairhope;  a son, Bill (Sylvia) Small of Panama City Beach, FL;  two sisters, Irene Counts of Hueytown, Ila Vee Becker of Pleasant Grove; a brother, Audrey Short of Dallas, TX;  eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be Monday, October 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Fairhope.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
