Gunter Pindzig

Gunter Pindzig, age 77, a native of Germany, and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Gunter came to America in 1960 where he owned and operated a restaurant for 24 years. He traveled all around the world as a renowned chef. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Christa Pindzig of Fairhope; daughter, Susan Turner (Blake) of Fairhope; grandchildren, Ashley Minchella of Tucson, AZ and Haley Turner of Fairhope; and many other family and friends around the world. A Celebration of Gunter’s life will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Fairhope United Methodist Church in the sanctuary.
