SPANISH FORTRichard Huggins, age 85, a native of Perry, FL and a resident of Spanish Fort, AL, died Friday, September 11, 2015.Mr. Huggins attended the University of Florida and graduated with an Engineering Degree. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War. Richard retired from the Corps of Engineers for 35 years.He is survived by his wife, Jo Huggins;two daughters, Karen Considine and Carol Sepella;his adopted daughter, Kelsey Hunt;one son, Scot Presley;one granddaughter, Kyleen Considine;one grandson, Thomas Considine;many other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne, Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 12:00pm.
