Michael Henry Wallace

Michael Henry Wallace, age 50, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away suddenly on September 11, 2015. He was born in Northridge, CA on June 17, 1965. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1990. He served in the U.S. Army after high school from 1984 – 1988. Married on May 28, 1988 in Murfreesboro, TN to Juliene Thompson Wallace. He worked at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, NY, a 5-Star Hotel in Geneva, Switzerland, the Regent Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA and the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, L.E. and Phyllis Wallace and his brother, Glenn Wallace. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Juliene Wallace of Fairhope, AL; daughters, Jasmine and Daisy Wallace; son, Sage Wallace; brother, Greg Wallace of Culver City, CA; sisters, Nancy (John) Scott of Mequon, WI, and Susan Wallace of Los Angeles, CA; many nieces, nephews and cousins.  A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at 3 Circle Church in Fairhope.
