Helen Ingersoll

Helen McGee Ingersoll, age 88, a longtime resident of Fairhope, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairhope, where she was a member of the Joy Sunday School Class. She worked alongside her husband and family operating Ingersoll’s Refrigeration and Air Conditioning for many years. Mrs. Ingersoll was preceded in death by her husband Glen W. “Billy” Ingersoll. She is survived by her son, Clyde W. (Beth) Ingersoll of Fairhope; daughters, Rebecca (Steve) Grizzle of Mobile, Betty Faye (Mike) Bayse of Kingswood, TX; grandchildren, Shelley and Diane Ingersoll, Britney (Blake) Clark and Steven Grizzle, Christine and Caroline Bayse; great grandson, William Clark; brother, William P. McGee of Las Vegas, NV; sisters-in-law, Mildred Ingersoll (Billy) Stephens of Fairhope, Mary Ann Ingersoll of Fairhope; numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the First Baptist Church of Fairhope, Friday, December 11, 2015, at 11:00am. The family will receive friends at the church starting at 10:00am. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
