She is survived by her daughter, Alice Mae (Terry) Kuhn of Winter Haven, FL.; her sons, Jerry E. Green of Daphne, Bobby Ray Green of Summerdale, AL; sister, Betty Ruth Mothershed of Grand Bay, AL.; brothers, D.
