Retired Commander Sargent Major John James Sloane, age 81, a native of Brooklyn, NY and a resident of Daphne, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016.John was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, retiring as a Commanding Sargent Major in the US Army after 30+ yrs.Visitation will be held Monday, October 24, 2016, 9:00AM until 10:00AM at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home is Daphne.Funeral Services will be held, Monday, October 24, 2016 at 11:00AM at Christ The King Catholic Church.Interment will follow at 1:30PM at The Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort.WOLFE-BAYVIEWFUNERAL HOMES& CREMATORY, INC.27409 U.
