Ima-Lene Yonita Carter

URIAH, AL Ima-Lene Yonita Carter, Age 84, a native of Texas and a resident of Uriah, AL., died on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at her residence. She was a artist, member of the Hvsosv Tallvhassv ceremonial grounds and was employed with the Jefferson Parish School System for twenty eight years. Ms. Carter is preceded in death by her husband, Warren P. Lepine and a daughter, Ima Joyce Carter. She is survived by one son, Billy Jeffrey Carter of Bush, LA; one daughter, Angela M. Carter-Frye of Uriah, AL; two sisters, Rosie Maxey of Texarkana, TX and Lois Anderson of DeKalb, TX; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many adopted grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 3:00PM at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 2:00PM At Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna, LA.
