Morgan Elizabeth Thompson

FAIRHOPE Morgan Elizabeth Thompson, age 18, a native and lifelong resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010. Morgan was a graduate of Fairhope High School, class of 2010, where she completed the International Baccalaureate Program.  She earned the honor of co-valedictorian.  She was academically gifted beyond words.  She was a wonderful artist and received the highest ranking in the IB program in art.  Morgan was an animal lover, an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Morgan was one of 80 students that had been accepted into the LSU architecture program. She is survived by herparents, Peter K. and Mary S. Thompson of Fairhope,sister, Heather Thompson Rohe and her husband Raymond of Spanish Fort,brother, Sean Thompson of Fairhope,niece, Isabelle Rohe of Spanish Fort,paternal grandmother, Joan R. Thompson of Fairhope,numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends. The family will receive friends at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel, Monday, July 19, 2010, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 10:00 am In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to theMorgan Thompson Memorial Fund.Donations may be made at any BBA Compass Bank.
