GULF SHORES, AL Mr. Frank L. Burnes age 81, a life long resident of Gulf Shores, AL, died on Monday September 6, 2010. Mr. Burnes was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Burnes is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and one brother. Mr. Burnes is survived by his sister, Margaret Ewing of Gulf Shores,AL; nephew, Leon Ewing ( Lois) of Foley, AL; niece, Mary Richerson ( Eugene) of Gulf Shores,AL; great-nephew, Barry Ewing of Montevallo, AL; great-niece, Lounell Moser of Bon Secour,AL;great-great-nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held from Oyster Bay Baptist Church, Wednesday September 8, 2010 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends on Wednesday September 8, 2010 from 10:00 am until 11:00am at the church. Burial will be in Oyster Bay Cemetery.
