Eugene William Fuquay

FAIRHOPE , AL Mr. Eugene W. Fuquay age 77, a native of Chatom Co. NC, and a resident of Fairhope , AL died Tuesday September 7, 2010. Mr. Fuquay served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a graduate of Spring Hill College , and the Birmingham School of Law.Mr. Fuquay practiced law in Birmingham until retirement. He was a member of Fairhope Christian Church. Mr. Fuquay is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy S. Fuquay of Fairhope, AL; sons, Gregory Fuquay (Diana) of Spanish Ft., Al, Richard W. Fuquay (Therese) of Mobile, AL, Keith Fuquay (Amy) of Spanish Ft., AL; three sisters; one brother; eight grand children, Kristy, Sean, Richard Jr., Collin, Alan, Heather, Katie Fuquay, and Amanda Brown; one great-grandchild, Anna Grace Brown. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home on Friday September 10, 2010 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends on Friday September 10, 2010 from 10:00am until 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
