Jack Edward Rogers

ORANGE BEACH , AL   Jack Edward Rogers, age 71, resident of Orange Beach ,   AL , passed away Monday, September 27, 2010.   He graduated from Auburn University and was a longtime resident of Birmingham , AL .  He recently retired after a successful career in transportation.  He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and a beloved family man.   He is survived by his wife, Patti A. Rogers of Orange Beach , AL , Son, Jack E. Rogers, Jr. of Forestville , CA , Daughters, Lee Milstead (David) of Fairhope , AL , and Tracy Ross (Mark) of Birmingham , AL , Grandchildren, Delia Rogers, Christian Milstead, Madison Fields, Joshua Fields, Sister, Cherry R. Bayliss of Birmingham , AL , Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Celebration of life memorial service will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010, at 11:00 am, at the Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Fairhope , AL .
