Antonya "Toni" Hatch King

1. After a life well lived Antonya Hatch King (Toni) passed away on April 27, 2025, the
2. age of 85. At the time of her death Toni resided in Silverhill, AL with her daughter and son-in-law.

She was born November 16, 1939, in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada.

1. Toni had a passion for caring for others. While raising her family, she served the
2. community as an emergency medical technician and she put herself through college to become a registered nurse. After retiring, Toni enjoyed traveling with her cousin Dorothy Wheeler. They spent summers in Maine and explored many places up and down the East Coast. Toni’s
3. many hobbies and interests included, reading, quilting, knitting, and being with
4. family and friends. She attended Robertsdale Church of Christ and was a past matron in the order of the Eastern Star, Starlight chapter #203.

Toni was preceded in death by fathers Elmer Hatch and Clifford Hill mother, Mae Hill, brother, William Hatch, sister, Rebecca Hill, and grandson, Reece Johnson.

1. Toni is survived by son, John Winchester son-in-law, Thomas Leighton, daughter,Susan Johnson son-in-law,
2.  Bryan Johnson granddaughter, Nikki Hammond great grandson, Grayson Hammond grandson, Joey Johnson, close cousin Dorothy
3. Wheeler and many other relatives, friends and Church family.

5. A memorial open house will be held in honor of Toni on May 10th from 1pm-4pm
6. at the home of Bryan and Susan Johnson located at 22597 Nana Loop West
7. Silverhill, AL.

9. Toni’s final resting place will be in Gorham, Maine at the North
10. Gorham Cemetery. Details for services in Maine will be forthcoming.
