Arthur V. Allen

Arthur V. Allen, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the age of 86.

He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Ruby Allen; sisters, Dorothy Laniham, Louise Henderson, Ann Kralik and Frances Sparks; brothers, Charles Allen, Ray Allen and Willie Allen; and one grandchild and two great grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Michelle Merchant (Kevin) of Fairhope; brother, J.C. Allen (Lydia) of Silverhill; grandchildren, Timothy D. Wood of Wilmer, AL, Dustin R. Burroughs of Daphne, AL, Zachary Burroughs of Wilcox, AL and Chelsea Merchant of Foley; nieces, nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 11:00am in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, with visitation beginning at 10:00am.

Interment will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Spanish Fort.
