Bebe Lovell Busby

On November 16, 2023, the rains stopped, and Heaven opened with sunshine as our mother passed away from her battle with cancer. Bebe Lovell Busby, age 70, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away surrounded by her family. Preceding Bebe in death are her parents Gladys Yentsch Lovell Phillips and Morgan Anthony Lovell, Sr.; her brother-dear Don Allen Lovell and Roy Wilbur Lovell; half-siblings Morgan Anthony Lovell, Jr., Raymond Leo Lovell, and Lola Mae Lovell. Bebe is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years Jerry Busby of Fairhope; children Lee Busby Earnest (Al Earnest), David Busby (Joanna Busby), Eric Busby (Farrah Busby), all of Fairhope and Carrie Busby Beech (Stephen Nelson) of Spanish Fort; her beloved grand girls, Nicole Busby, Ryleigh Busby, Zoe Beech, Addy Busby, Reagan Busby and Siera Bautista; sisters Norma Altamirano and Barbara Akridge, along with many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Bebe’s life will be held in December. To honor Bebe’s memory, donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
