Betty Lou Gentry, age 82, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away January 22, 2022.
Betty was a seamstress and she liked to crochet and work crossword puzzles.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, George Marvin and Mary Harriet Forbes; her brother, Marvin Richard Forbes (Motoko); and her sister, Guitanna Confer (Lanny)
Betty is survived by her sons, Steven Forbes (Linda) of Daphne, Jerry Bailey (Kelly) of Virginia; grandchildren, Joshua Forbes (Janna), Wade Forbes (Alicia), Jessica Bailey, Allison Crabb (Drew); great-grandchildren, David Clark Forbes, Charlotte Grace Forbes, Ruby Jane Bailey; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm.
Interment will follow in at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
