Billy Ray Watkins, a native of Bay Minette, AL passed away on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 at the age of 81.
Billy retired from the Baldwin County School Board.
He is survived by his wife Linda Watkins of 64 years, his 3 daughters, Wanda Eubanks (James), Sheila Parker, Tracy Kipp (Vernon), 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
