Brenda Marie Rodrigues

Brenda Marie Rodrigues, age 67, a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Brenda was born in Fall River Massachusetts and grew up in Warren, Rhode Island, in a tight knit family, embracing her Portuguese heritage proudly. She relocated to the Pensacola area in 1979 and remained there raising her family until relocating to Foley in 2008. She was a nurse in her community and served honorably in the United States Navy.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Frank and Ruth Rapoza; and baby brother, Paul Rapoza.

She is survived by her siblings; Frank Rapoza and Carol Nugent; her son, Neal Rodrigues, daughter, Stacy Rodrigues, Daughter-in-law Hope Rodrigues (her 2nd daughter) and her 5 grandchildren Gabriel Rodrigues, Malina Rodrigues, Aiden Rodrigues Fre, Elayna Rodrigues and Isaiah Bernard.

Along with many other loving relatives and friends, she will be deeply missed.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margarets of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley, Alabama on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 11:00am. Visitation will follow at Wolfe Bayview Funeral Home, Foley, AL.

Interment will be held in Barrancas National Cemetery on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 10:00am.
