Carol Cynthia Zambrano Cortez, age 47, a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Carol was born in Lima, Peru on October 6th, 1977. She was raised in America by her loving parents, Eduardo and Ofelia. She lived in Foley, Alabama and share two children with her loving partner, Christopher.

She is survived by her mother, Ofelia Cortez De Zambrano of Naples, FL.; father, Eduardo Zambrano of Symar, CA.; loving partner, Christopher Shannon of Foley, AL.; daughter, Madison Shannon; son, Miles Shannon; sister, Sandra (Kyle) Zambrano-Morse of Omaha, NE.; nephews, Gabriel & Isacc; niece, Isabella Morse; along with countless other loving relatives and friends.
