Carolyn Brown Butler Barton

Carolyn Brown Butler Barton, age 84, a resident of Gulf Shores, AL, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles and Mable Brown; husbands, Jimmy Butler and Jim Barton; daughter, Carol Butler Johnson; son, Sam Butler; sisters, Joanne Jones, Linda Epperson, and Betty Bailey.

Survived by her daughters, Nancy Butler Heaton/Keith Heaton, Tina Butler Baran/John Baran, Kristal Barton Salter/Robert Salter, Kim Wise Butler; son, Jimmy Barton/Melody Barton; sisters, Mary Charles Stoffregen/Allen Stoffregen, and Janice Whitten/Edwin Whitten; her 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Lagoon Baptist Church, 17867 AL-180, Gulf Shores, AL on June 1, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. All are invited to a luncheon after service in the Fellowship Hall.
