Casimiro Palazzolo

Casimiro Palazzolo, age 89, a native of Cinisi, Sicily, and a resident of Fairhope, Al passed away Monday, February 6, 2023. Casimiro is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Maria Palazzolo. He is survived by a daughter, Cathy (Jim) Kacmarzyk, grandchildren, Joshua and Marisa, all of Daphne; along with many other loving relatives and friends. Cas was a loving husband, father and Nonno. After learning his trade as a tailor, he came to America as a young man. He worked his whole life to fulfill his American dream and provide for his family. In his retirement he could be found playing games, going to the casino, gardening, and cooking/baking traditional Italian dishes. Most of all he loved spending time talking with family and his many life long friends. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Fairhope, Alabama. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the Mass. Interment will follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
