Constance Sue Keefe, known affectionately to all who loved her as Connie, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama. Born on June 7, 1949, in Middletown, Ohio, Connie lived a life marked by deep compassion, unwavering love, and an enduring connection to the natural world.
Connie’s journey was one of nurturing—both in her personal relationships and in her career. As a Greenhouse Director and Floral Designer at TNT Blooms in Trenton, Ohio, she spread joy and beauty to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. Through her green thumb, she cultivated vibrant gardens that brought peace and a sense of wonder to all who beheld them. Her passion for nature was not merely a pastime but a vital part of her being, reflecting the care and warmth she extended to every living thing.
To those who knew her intimately, Connie was much more than a gardener and floral artist. She was a loving mother and Nana, whose heart was firmly rooted in family. Her warmth, compassion, and genuine spirit left a lasting impression, making every person feel heard, valued, and deeply loved. She treasured precious moments with her loved ones, sharing soul-nurturing meals and heartfelt conversations that will forever be treasured memories.
Connie is survived by her daughter Katina and son-in-law Carl, daughter Heidi, and a legion of grandchildren: Izabella and her husband Christopher, Tristan, Carly, Roman, Casie, Alex, Gabriel, Hannah, Sophia, and Layla. The circle of love she created extends further still to her great-grandchildren, Liam and Lily. These cherished family members will carry forward the legacy of her kindness and the lessons she so lovingly imparted.
Her bond with Gregory Thomas Keefe, her beloved husband, was a profound and enduring love that transcended time and space. Though he has passed before her, their spirits are now reunited, united again in eternal peace. Their shared devotion stands as a testament to the deep connections that defined Connie’s life.
Connie’s generosity knew no bounds. Neighbors and loved ones alike never went without if she could lend a hand. She offered support through both moments of joy and times of hardship, always giving selflessly and without hesitation. Her love was a beacon, steady and unwavering, illuminating the lives of those around her.
Those who remain will always carry Connie in their hearts, remembering that “The ones we love don’t go away, they fly beside us every day.” The lessons she left behind continue to inspire a commitment to living life fully, with love and tenderness as guides. This is not goodbye, but simply, “Until we meet again.”
Constance Sue Keefe’s legacy is one of love, care, and a beautiful life well lived. She will be deeply missed, profoundly remembered, and eternally treasured.
