Douglas Downing, age 65, a resident of Foley, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Karan Downing, Greenwood, AR; sister, Brenda (John) Govan, Foley, AL; brother, Kenneth (Sheila) Downing, Navarre, FL; nephews, John Govan, III, Madison, AL, Chris Govan, Foley, AL, Jack Govan, Foley, AL; nieces, Avery (Jayquan) Sinclair, Kyle, TX, Gracie Govan, Birmingham, AL, Annie Govan, Birmingham, AL; many other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Doug’s Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
