Eldred C. Reber

Eldred Cotten Reber, age 95, of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026.

She was a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church and the choir.

She was a loving mother and a wonderful grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melinda Wood (Danny), husband Tommy A Cotten (44 years married), and husband Ted Reber (12 years married).

Mrs. Reber is survived by her loving children: her daughter, Melissa Odom (Steve) of Fairhope, Alabama; and her sons, Bill Cotten (Debra) of Fairhope, Alabama, and Bert Cotten (Sherry) of Pensacola, Florida. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of cherished relatives and friends.

Family visitation will be held at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at noon. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Internment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
