Felicia L. Bazzel, born Felicia L. Jones, passed away on September 10, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama, just days after her 56th birthday. She was born on September 5, 1970, in Mobile, Alabama, and will be remembered with love by all who knew her.
Felicia’s life was deeply rooted in family, and her memory will be cherished by those closest to her. She is survived by her husband, Charles Bazzel. She also leaves behind her sisters, Pamela Bolton and Antoinette “Twink” Smallwood, and Antoinette’s husband, Harvey. Her family circle includes her son, Johathan Bazzel, together with his wife, Margaret, and their children, Madalyn, Isabella, and Jillian. Felicia is also lovingly remembered by her friend, Carla Myers; by her mother-in-law, Diane Robbinson; by her nieces, Natasha, Shauna, Halley, and Aaliyah; and by her great-granddaughter, Laylah. Each of them carries forward the love and connection she shared, and her presence will remain a lasting part of their lives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Frances Jones; her sister, Pat Andrews; her father-in-law, Chuck Bazzel; her brothers-in-law, Charles Littlman Bazzel and Troy Bazzel; and her nephews, Chad Stewart Jones and David Lee Jones. Their memories, together with Felicia’s, remain part of the family story that continues through the generations.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home - Daphne Chapel, 27409 U.S. 98, Daphne, AL 36526. A funeral service will follow there at 12:30 p.m. A graveside service will then be held at 2:00 p.m. at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Spanish Fort, 34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36577.
Felicia will be remembered with tenderness and gratitude. Her life touched many, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
