Glenn Delano Bettner, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Monday, June 2, 2025, at the age of 60.
He was born in Darmstadt, West Germany, to Edda Gilbert and the late Charles Richard Bettner, Sr.
Glenn was an avid Alabama fan and loved the Jubilee and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Edda Gilbert of Fairhope; brothers, Michael (Clarice) Bettner of Mobile, AL and Charles Bettner, Jr. of Semmes, AL; daughter, Jordon Looney of Daphne, AL; grandchild, Evan Looney of Daphne; aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Glenn’s life will be held Friday, June 13, 2025, at First Baptist Church, Fairhope, at 12:00noon. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time.
