Harold Leslie Haight, age 61, and a resident of Elberta, Alabama, passed away on January 28,2024.
Harold was a loving son, brother, dad, and papa and an avid saltwater and freshwater fisherman who also enjoyed motorcycles. He retired from his job with the City of Huntsville and moved to Baldwin County to fulfill his dream of retiring to the Gulf.
Harold was preceded in death by his father, James Leslie Haight.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda F. Haight of Huntsville, AL; sons, Harold Leslie Haight Jr. of Ohio, Donald David (Jessica) Haight of Fayetteville, TN, and Bryan Michael (Amanda) Haight of New Market, AL; brother, Harlan James (Jinja Stover) Haight of Athens, AL; sister, Camilla Haight (Bruce) Whisenant of Baileytown, AL; grandchildren, Allyson Haight, Weston James Haight, and Eli Haight; nephew, Kevin Glenn Gean; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Harold Haight on Saturday, February 10th 2024 at the Shed at Stovehouse from 12:30pm to 2:30pm, to include sharing memories and a bar-b-q lunch. Stovehouse address is 3414 Governors Drive Huntsville, AL, 35805.
