Henry “Buddy” C. Phipps, III, a longtime resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2024, at the age of 79.
Buddy was a graduate of Fairhope High School and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a loving husband, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend, who will all dearly cherish his memory. He will be dearly missed.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Clint and Delores Phipps and his grandson, Drew Morgan.
Buddy is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Debbie Phipps; son, Shane (Lisa) Morgan; grandson, Cole and great grandchildren, Farrah and Demi; his sisters, Bootsie Phipps, Raynett (Ronnie) Babb and Pam (Joe) Fleming; nieces, great nieces and nephews and many other loving relatives and dear friends.
A memorial service to honor Buddy’s life will be held at a later date.
