Martinez, Foley, AL; sister, Acelynn Martinez; brothers, Lennox and Mingo Martinez; grandparents, Gerald and Susan Muench, Perdido Key, FL, Juan and Blanca Martinez, Donna, TX; uncles, Rafael (Candice) Martinez, Foley, AL, Jeremy Martinez, Foley, AL, J.P. (Martha) Martinez, Kyser Shultz, Auburn, AL; aunt, Janie Chauffe, Mobile, AL; other relatives and friends. Private funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American SIDS Institute at www.sids.org
