It is with heavy hearts and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Todd Williams, also known as JT, Arkansas or 21 Speed. A man of unmatched spirit, grit, and heart, JT was truly one of a kind — fearless, loyal, wildly stubborn, and deeply devoted to those he loved.

To many, JT was more than just family — he was a best friend, a father figure, a protector, and the kind of man you’d want in your corner no matter the odds. He had a laugh that filled a room, stories that lived on long after they were told, and a fire in his soul that inspired everyone lucky enough to know him. If you were loved by JT, you knew it — he didn’t know how to be fake or pretend. His love was bold, unwavering, and fiercely protective.

JT lived his life unapologetically and to the fullest. He wasn’t formally educated, but he could fix anything, do anything, and find a way through any situation. He embodied the spirit of “jack of all trades, master of none” in the best possible way. Whether it was offering one of his famously strong opinions, cracking a joke that had everyone laughing, or tackling life’s challenges head-on, he did it with unmatched energy and confidence.

He was the best kind of man — a devoted husband to his soulmate Denise; a proud father to Kyle, Joe, Brittany and Bethany; a loving son to his mother Mary; a dependable brother to his siblings Jill and Bryan; and a one-of-a-kind pawpaw who meant the world to his grandchildren. He was a loyal friend, and to some, the brother you chose — the kind of man who always had your back, no questions asked.

He was tough as nails and soft-hearted all at once — the kind of man who would drop everything for someone he cared about. He stood his ground, always, but led with love. He never backed down from a fight, and if you had to go into battle, you’d want JT by your side every time.

His legacy is one of strength, laughter, resilience, and immeasurable love. He leaves behind a family who will miss him every single day, friends who respected him, and countless memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Rest easy, Dad. You were truly one of a kind — and we’ll never stop loving you.
