Jerome "Virgil" Conway

Jerome “Virgil” Conway, age 66, a resident of Elberta, passed away on June 14, 2024.

 Virgil was born in Foley, Alabama, and was a lifetime resident of Baldwin County. He loved Alabama football.

Preceding him in death are his wife, Kathy Dillon Conway; parents, Edward and Earline Conway; and brother, Harold Conway.

 Virgil is survived by children, Virgil (Anna) Conway, Julie (Lester) Bentley, Robert (Shona) Conway, Erin (Cody) Ard, Jordan Dillon, Emily Dillon, and Gayle Conway; grandchildren, Riley Conway, Landen Perry, Courtney Duplesis, Peyton Bentley, Kylee Conway, Greyson Conway, Charlie Conway, Caden Cornelius, and Kyper Ard; brothers, Frankie Conway, Edward (Margaret) Conway, and Earl (Deborah) Conway; sisters, Diane (Van) Brookes, Lenora (Harold Ray) Nabors, Joyce Ann (Charles) Roberts; and many other loving relatives and friends.

 Funeral services will be held at the Foley Chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
