Jessie David Frames, Age 88, A native of Louisiana and a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at a local health care facility. He is survived by his wife, Gloria E. Frames of Fairhope, AL; one daughter, Vicki Jee of Greenwood, MS; one son, Carl Frames of Hot Springs, AR; one brother, Bud Frames of Hot Springs, AR; three grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Inurnment services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery and Mausoleum in Pine Bluff, AR at a later date.
