Johnny Fay Rollins

Johnny Fay Rollins, 84, of Gulf Shores, AL passed away unexpectedly at Baldwin Health on October 5, 2026.

She was born on August 9, 1942, in Jackson, MS. To John and Dorothy Middleton.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Rollins; daughter, Mary Wanker; brother, Charles Middleton (Carrie) and their children, Charles Jr. and Mark; grandchildren, Ashley Allen (Joseph) and their daughter Clair Marie, Brittany Powell (Brandon) and their children Hunter, Colton, and Ryan, Timothy Walker (Britney) and their children Asher and Amelia, Chris Arnold (Rachell) and their daughter Jentri, Lauren Arnold and her children Cayden and Hudson Inmon. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Johnny Fay was preceded in death by her daughter, Katherine Rollins Owen; and parents, John and Dorothy Middleton.

Visitation will be held at Wolfe – Bayview Funeral Home in Foley, AL. on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00. Burial will follow in Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort at 2:00pm.

All friends and family welcome, dress is casual.
