 Karen Marie Davis, a resident of Silverhill, AL, passed away on Friday, August 8th, 2025, at the age of 59. She was born in Foley, AL to Bobby and Sandra Lavender, Sr.

Karen was a huge fan of the Alabama and New Orleans Saints football teams. She grew up in Baldwin County and became a devoted mother and grandmother. What she loved most in this world was being a faithful grandmother to her grandchildren. Shortly before the Lord granted her wings, she was baptized at 3 Circle Church on August 5th, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Lavender Sr., and her late grandparents Ella and Reggie Lavender.

Karen is survived by her husband, Jeff Davis of Silverhill, AL, her daughters Michelle Peterson of Foley, Summer Schurr of Foley, Emily Schurr of Fairhope, and Whitney (Clayton) Sisco of Tennessee; her mother and stepfather Sandra and Freddie Bettner of Loxley, AL. She leaves behind a brother, Bobby (Tonya) Lavender, Jr of Connecticut, sisters, Sharon Lavender of Fairhope, AL, and Lisa (Nick)Smith of Bay Minette, AL; 6 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the 3 Circle Church in Daphne, AL. Officiating the service will be Pastor Johnathan Duke.
