Kelsie Caitlin Kiefer

Kelsie Caitlin Kiefer, age 30, a resident of Elberta, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Kiefer; grandparents, Joe and Dorothy Pluscht and John and Helen Kiefer. She is survived by her father, Gary Kiefer; sister Kyleigh (Chad) Lipscomb; life partner, Mike Richardson; stepson, Keaton Richardson; many other loving relatives and friends. Her beloved Wolf Bay family shared the most perfect words. Kelsie was a one-of-a-kind country girl with a fiery soul. When she loved, she did with her entire heart. She spoke her truth with passion yet accepted those around her exactly the way they were. She had a sparkle in her eye, the mouth of a sailor, and nerves of steel. She had a spirit as big as the sky and will be missed by many and remembered for a lifetime. Give mom lots of love for us in heaven. Rest easy “Lil Kiefer”, we love you big. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
