Larry Steven Stejskal

Larry S. Stejskal, age 71, a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Larry was a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering. A licensed professional engineer, he worked in the municipal water and wastewater utility industry his entire career. He treasured his time with his family, coaching “his” kids in sports, and rarely missing his grandkids’ events. He shared a love for the water, fishing and pulling his kids and grandkids skiing and tubing behind the boat. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, George and Emma Stejskal. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Stejskal of Fairhope; sons, Mark Stejskal (Kris) of Fairhope, David Stejskal (Mindy) of Daphne, Scott Stejskal of Macon, GA; sister, Linda (Floyd) Stevens of Tupelo, MS; brother, Leslie (Connie) Stejskal of Fairhope; 7 grandchildren, Blaine, Sarah Claire, Anna Britten, Walker, Lucy, Catie Beth, Caroline; along with other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Larry’s Life will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:30am at Fairhope United Methodist Church. Visitation with family will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Christian Life Center at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
