Luther Eugene Allen

Mr. Luther Eugene Allen, age 93, of Foley, Alabama, passed away on July 27, 2023. Luther was a longstanding member of Berean Baptist Church of Elberta, Alabama, and United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his son, Nancy Jane Allen; his second wife, Beulah Lee Allen; and brothers, Thomas Allen and Charles Allen. Luther is survived by his son, Richard Eugene (Karen) Allen of Elberta; three grandchildren, Richard E. Burrows, Kerri Fortner, and Leslie Marney; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held at Berean Baptist Church in Elberta, Alabama, on Friday, August 4th, 2023, at 11:00 am, followed by interment at Pine Rest Cemetery in Foley, Alabama. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
