Margaret "Dolly" Louise Grant

Margaret (Dolly) Louise Grant, age 95, passed on to be with the Lord on Monday, July 6, 2026. She was born in Foley, Alabama on April 28, 1931 , daughter of Albert and Odeal (Fell) Flowers. She was a 1949 graduate of Foley High School and was married to the late Clifford Grant.

Margaret lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; listening to gospel music, reading, rocking in her favorite chair and coloring in her beloved coloring books. She loved gardening and her true green thumb could bring any dying plant back to life. Margaret was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother and friend, always thinking of others first. "To know her was to love her."

Margaret leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Betty Huybregts of Pensacola and Terry Grant of Foley and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral Service· will be held at 11 :00 Thursday, July 9th at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Foley. 

Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment in Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery.
