Marion Clarice Cobb

Marion Clarice (Blackmon) Cobb of Milton, FL , and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 82. She was loved by many family and friends and will greatly missed. Clarice was born in Pensacola, FL on January 8, 1941, graduated from Tate High, and was a previous resident of Laurel, MS, Olympia, WA, Prattville, AL, and Gulf Breeze, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Harris Cobb; mother, Anita Eleanor Gates; father, Allen Dewey Blackmon; two brothers, Shelby Dewey and Robert Allen Blackmon; and sister, Sonja Anita Blackmon. She is survived by her sons, James (Julie) Cobb, Eric (Maika) Cobb; granddaughters, Hannah (Michael) Holland, Elainna (Russell) Thomas; Ava (Josiah) Carver, Ilaria Cobb; grandson, Gavin Cobb; great grandsons, Luke Thomas, Ezra Carver; great granddaughter, Olivia Thomas; two brothers, James Ray and Clifford Blackmon; mother of Eric Cobb's children, Tiffany, and many other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff of Thomas Hospital for the support and care. Thanks to Gulf Breeze Church of Christ for all of the support and time and efforts so our family and friends can gather and honor Clarice. A Memorial service will be held September 9, 2023 at Gulf Breeze Church of Christ, 2962 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563. Visitation for family starts at 11:00am and memorial service at 12:00pm.
