Mary Earle O'Neal

Mary Earle Rubart O’Neal, a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away June 3rd, 2023.

Mary was born February 3rd, 1932, in Great Bend, Kansas. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie L. O’Neal; parents, Earl William Rubart and Kathryn Agnes Ferguson Rubart; son, Carlos D. O’Neal; daughter, Carla J. O’Neal; and brother, William F. Rubart.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Janet M. O’Neal of Foley, AL; Five grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends.

A Funeral mass will be held at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley, AL, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  The family will receive visitors for one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, FL, at 1:00 PM.
