Matthew "Stevie" Walker

Matthew “Stevie” Walker, age 72, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Monday, February 21, 2022. He was known as the “washing machine man” throughout the county. He was preceded in death by his sister, Clara Taylor and brother, Thomas Walker. Stevie is survived by his brother, Ernest Walker of Bay Minette; one niece, five nephews, many great nieces and nephews and other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 28, 2022, at 11:00am in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Visitation will begin at 10:00.
